You read the title correct.
Oisin (who is a personal trainer from Athlone) undertook the challenge of eating McDonald's every day for 14 days in the hope of losing weight, which he did.
The podcast is more than just about him eating McNuggets, we get stuck into fat loss as a whole and discuss whether we feel like we need to look a certain way in order to get clients.
