In this episode I speak to Jade who is a Physiotherapist based in London, who is not afraid to speak her mind on all topics around health.
Should our healthcare systems (in particular with musculoskeletal injuries) push a preventative approach? Or should we continue spending untold millions through reacting to well established and known health issues?
