This ones but up on " the Youtube" for a week or so but now she's live on all platforms.
This is the second episode I recorded with Mark (@guywhodidntsettle), this time we did it face to face (and foot to foot, you'll get it if you watch the video...).
We trained in the gym and did some Jitsu earlier in the day so the conversation started off on that note and continued into a discussion on all things training goals, motivation, coaching clients and of course, the power of small gains!
